'Glee' Sneak Preview: Damian McGinty and His Accent Invade McKinley High

After a couple of weeks off due to that whole baseball thing, "Glee" finally returns next week for a new episode on November 1st. What better time to introduce a brand-new character played by the "Glee Project" winner?

Okay, so Damian McGinty is technically a co-winner of "The Glee Project," but he's still going to play a big part in Tuesday's episode, titled "Pot O' Gold."

Even the title of the ep is in reference to McGinty, who is Irish and will be playing a foreign-exchange student by the name of Rory Flanagan.

In the clip, we see Rory meet up with Finn, whom he recognizes as the guy who was "tongue-kissing your girlfriend for ten minutes" at Nationals last year. Rory goes on to explain how he plans to use Lucky Charms marshmallow's to get in with Brittany (who, by the way, thinks he's a leprechaun).

Finn also teaches Rory a thing or two about American culture, specifically about guys being friends, which even on Facebook is a delicate situation.
