Episode 'Glee' Season 2, Episode 16 - 'Original Song' Recap

Episode 'Glee' Season 2, Episode 16 - 'Original Song' Recap I wasn't quite sure I was willing to stray from my cover songs, but I was kind of into the final two original numbers performed at regionals last night. "Glee" has been waiting for this moment since it premiered, and I suppose so has the audience.

To off-set Rachel's MVP trophy, we witnessed another "moment" in which Kurt and Blaine kissed for the very first time. As Blaine described it, the moment occurred when he realized "Oh, there you are" - and we all melted alongside Kurt. I clapped during the smooch. It was hot and heavy and I clapped loud enough for Tammy Jean Albertson to hear.

Each and every one of us relived that magical moment (or fantasy) in high school when the boy we like feels the same way. *Sigh* Even with regionals lost to New Directions, Kurt and Blaine took home the biggest prize: teenage romance.

Kathy Griffin did a fantastic job as Sarah Palin Tammy Jean Albertson. The Warblers didn't stand a chance with her as a judge. A male duet about love? Be serious! As Tammy Jean sees it, this is middle America and that type of liberal profanity is best suited for places with loose morals.

Darren Criss is a bit of a ham on Glee. While I thoroughly enjoying hearing him sing, I can't stand to watch him peform. It's like he's passing a kidney stone while trying to remain in the moment. I've said it before, but he has taken Rachel Berry's place as person with the silliest singing face. Still, the boy can carry a tune.

What will become of the Rachel-Finn-Quinn love triangle? After their big victory, it looks as if Finn might reconsider his feelings for Rachel. But this jeopardizes Quinn's chance at the crown!

Three questions:
New Directions has been wearing capri leggings for two seasons now. Can we retire this outdated trend? I'd settle for anything else but capri leggings.

Is Sue going to face charges for punching the lieutenant governor's wife?

Are you leaning more towards "Big-Ass Heart" or "Trouty Mouth" as your favorite original song?
