LISTEN: Glee's New 'Animal' Cover. Plus, Two First Time-Ever Original Tracks Debut March 8! March 8th will be a big day for Gleeks.

Not only will they rock a new Neon Trees cover “Animal,” Glee: The Music, Volume 5 goes on sale with two original music tracks.

The tracks “Loser Like Me” and “Get It Right” are the first original songs produced for the show.

“Loser Like Me” was co-written by pop guru Max Martin, who has written for singers like Britney Spears and Pink. The piece is a dynamic ensemble number, while “Get It Right” is a solo ballad that will be rocked by the pipes of Rachel Berry (Lea Michele). The songs will be featured in the show on March 15.

As for the Neon Tree’s cover, the band is excited to play a part in a show that they believe emphasize arts in education.

"We think 'Glee' is hilarious, gives an important focus back to the arts in school, and in an ever changing musical industry, promotes music in an interesting way," lead singer Tyler Glenn told PopEater.

"We're happy they love 'Animal' and are looking forward to seeing how they incorporate it into the story."
