'Glee' Actor Mark Salling Sued

Actor Mark Salling of “Glee” is facing some serious charges in court lately.
Salling, who plays Puck on the popular show and was even nominated in 2011 for a Teen Choice Award, is being sued by an ex-girlfriend for sexual battery.
The ex, Roxanne Gorzela, claims that Salling forced her to have sex with him, without a condom.
Gorzela began dating Salling in 2010, and in March of 2011, consented to have sex with the 30-year-old, with a condom. Salling proceeded to "insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom."
Gorzela claims she protested, and Salling stopped; however he repeated his action again.
Gorzela pursued the star to find out if he had been tested for any STDs, but he refused to return her messages. When Gorzela went to his house to confront him, Salling allegedly grabbed her and knocked her down, causing Gorzela to hit her head. She filed a police report later that day.
Gorzela filed in Los Angeles court. In addition to charges of sexual battery, Salling will be charged with intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
In the suit, Gorzela calls Salling’s actions "willful, malicious and despicable," and claims "severe and substantial mental and emotional distress, humiliation, fear, apprehension, anxiety and anguish” as a result.
Salling’s team is dismissing the suit, saying, "There is no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success. We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."
