Giuliana Rancic Hates '16 and Pregnant'

Giuliana Rancic Hates '16 and Pregnant' Not everyone is a fan of “16 and Pregnant.”

E! host Giuliana Rancic has told “Entertainment Tonight” that she hates the teenage pregnancy reality shows cropping up all over. But like… “Teen Mom,” is that one okay?

Her rancor is understandable. Rancic and her husband Bill have spent years struggling with infertility. The slender lady was also diagnosed with cancer.

“I would go, ‘I’m a good person, and I could give someone the greatest life of all, but yet I can’t get pregnant.’” she told interviewers.

“And then you watch these TV shows, ‘16 and Pregnant,’ and these girls who want nothing to do with their babies are pregnant. And you’re going, ‘what?’ None of that made sense to me.”

Giuliana and Bill found a gestational surrogate, and welcomed baby Edward Duke in August. Rancic is also considering her fight against breast cancer a victory.

Rancic also hints that she and her husband are eager to add to their family.

“We’ve got a few embryos on ice. They’re ready to go! A lot of people have one kid and it’s enough. But for us, we’re just having so much fun that we’d love to have another child…  We would love twins. It’s not out of the question. If we had a girl, though, it would be amazing. I think as a woman you always dream about having a little girl to wear matching outfits with.”

The two would  plan to use a surrogate once more.

“The wheels are in motion,” says Bill. “We already have plans in the works.”

Maybe one of the “Teen Mom” kids can step in and carry it for them?
