Gary Busey Pulled Over For Suspected DUI

Gary Busey has seen better days. The once golden movie star has only appeared on shows like Celebrity Apprentice. Was it appears that Gary needs is to find Dr. Dew and hit up Celebrity Apprentice. Gary was pulled for suspicion of DUI while in Malibu on Thursday night.

Gary had cleaned himself up a bit and made a good showing for himself while in Donald Trump’s presence on Celebrity Apprentice. I guess times have changed and Gary has since gone dump in the dumps. According to Radar Online:

Busey, 66, was driving on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu around 12.30 pm on January 13 when sheriff deputies were flagged down and alerted by fellow motorists of a black Mercedes driving erratically.

"They pulled Busey over after watching him swerve in and out of his lane," Lt. Rich Erickson, a spoke person for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department tells RadarOnline.com.

“There were about half a dozen officers surrounding Busey and they were conducting field sobriety tests,” a source at the scene exclusively tells RadarOnline.com. “His eyes were wobbly and he was all over the place. He was a mess.”

But, the funny thing is – he PASSED the sobriety tests. So, how can someone have wobbly eyes and be a mess, but still pass the tests? Can you just be that bad of a sober driver and look drunk?

I also didn’t know Gary was that old! He certainly looks like it, but since he isn’t taking care of himself, I guess it isn’t a surprise.
