'Game of Thrones,' 'Veep' and 'Silicon Valley' Set 2015 Premiere Dates

"Game of Thrones" fans, you now have a date to count down to.
HBO has set official premiere dates for three of its biggest series: "Game of Thrones," "Veep" and "Silicon Valley" will all premiere on the same night, April 12.
That potentially puts a lot of pressure on HBO Go, which announced last year that it would be implementing a version of the streaming service that users could sign up for without needing a cable subscription.
It was widely assumed that HBO would attempt to get that service up and running before the premiere of "Game of Thrones," seeing as it's the networks biggest—and most pirated—show. However, it remains to be seen as to whether new episodes will even be available on the new service on the same day as it airs on television, or even in the same month.
HBO also announced a few projects coming down the pipe this year, including a comedy special from Tig Notaro and a Bessie Smith biopic starring Queen Latifah.
"Game of Thrones" will kick off the premieres on April 12 at 9pm, followed by "Silicon Valley" at 10pm and then "Veep" at 10:30pm.
