'Game of Thrones' Season Two Promo Goes Behind the Scenes (VIDEO)

Yesterday's airing of "Boardwalk Empire" was preceded by a quiet--but nonetheless exciting--new promo for "Game of Thrones." Winter is coming!

The promo is a sort of behind-the-scenes look at the production of the new season, which means that while we get snippets of finished footage from future episodes, it's mostly interviews with the producers involved in putting them together.

That's not to say there isn't some intriguing stuff in there, though. We get a quick look at some of the new faces joining the already very large cast next season, as well as glimpses of some familiar characters. There's Danaerys looking sufficiently tough, Petyr looking shifty, and Arya looking like she's in a world of trouble.

The interviews with executive producers D.B. Weiss and David Benioff also promise new locations, which means we should be seeing much more of Westeros and perhaps beyond in the coming season.
