'Game of Thrones' Star Lena Headey Posts Surprising Pic

We all know it's going to be an interminably long time before we get to see the next (and final) season of Game of Thrones. But this week, GoT star Lena Headey posted a pic on Instagram that at least proves work has begun on the final episodes of the season. That makes it better, right?

Game Of Thrones star Lena Headey has shared a new behind-the-scenes snap from the set, revealing the cast is already filming the final series.
The actress - who plays the dastardly Cersei Lannister in the hit HBO drama - shared a hilarious snap of herself wearing a Daenerys Targaryen-style blonde wig alongside the show's hair stylists.
She captioned the snap: "Season 8... hair and teeth.. HAIR AND TEETH!!!"

According to Thrones fan site Winter Is Coming, the shot confirms Lena has joined many of the cast in Belfast to shoot the last series of the show.
Lena's co-star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau - who plays her twin brother Jaime - recently said he would be back on set this month.
He told Collider: "We go back in October, so maybe in the next few weeks, we’ll get the scripts and I’ll find out. I’m very curious."
Lena's post comes after Emilia Clarke - who plays Daenerys Targaryen - shared a snap of herself getting her brunette locks dyed blonde by the Game of Thrones hair team.
She captioned the snap: "I done did it. Mother of dragons meet Emilia. Emilia meet mother of dragons.
"If you squint just so you might never know. 🐉⚡️
"All hail to the magnificence of @kevalexanderhair and @candicebanks74 the genius creators of 'KHALEESI WIG' (and not forgetting all the hair on game of thrones for 8 glorious years) for at long last making this magical moment a reality."
