Joe Giudice has been released from federal prison, but he isn’t a free man.

Teresa Giudice’s husband was let out of Allenwood Low Federal Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania on Thursday morning but remains in federal custody with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as he awaits a ruling in his ongoing deportation case, Page Six confirmed.

“Mr. Giudice is currently in ICE custody at the pending immigration proceedings,” ICE officials told us Thursday.

Teresa’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., confirmed to Page Six that, “Mr. Giudice has finished serving his federal prison sentence and was transferred early this morning from the Bureau of Prisons to a facility in western Pennsylvania which houses immigration detainees.”

“His lawyers and his family are hopeful that justice will prevail and Mr. Guidice will return home to his wife and four daughters who love him and miss him.”

The deportation ruling could result in the former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 46, moving back to his native Italy.
