Footage Proves Miley Cyrus Not Involved in Bar Brawl

Well, Miley just lost BAMF status. What’s the point of that sweet new hair if not for inspiring bar brawls?

Last weekend the “Last Song” starlet had a police report filed against her by a man who claims that the teeny-tiny yoga queen punched him.

The alleged brawl happened at Beacher’s Madhouse in the Roosevelt Hotel, when the man bumped into the chair of “Hunger Games: Catching Fire” hottie and Cyrus’ fiancé, Liam Hemsworth. The issue escalated, and things between Hemsworth and the man got a little heated. That’s when Miley stepped in and socked the man in the face. Boo. Yah.

Witnesses admitted there had been a confrontation, but no one outside the man’s group acknowledged seeing Cyrus beating anyone up.

Well the lady has an easy get out of jail card in this situation. Surveillance footage from the bar shows the man repeatedly bumping into Hemsworth, clearly trying to initiate a confrontation. When things get hot, Cyrus steps in and tries to break it up, but pretty obviously doesn’t punch the dude in the face.

Law enforcement is saying it’s “almost certain” that no charges will be filed against Cyrus in the case, since she’s clearly not assaulting the “victim.” Criminal battery charges had been hanging over her head, so this was a pretty serious matter.

Is anyone else a little disappointed?

Cyrus is probably pretty relieved however. This hasn’t been a great week for her anyway; according to her Twitter, she’s been sick, and pondering some deep thoughts about love and life that had fans worried that all was not well between her and her pretty man.

Maybe the hair just isn’t cutting it—maybe she needs a hardcore tattoo, or a nose spike. Then she can start wearing leather chaps and backhanding anyone who dares to get in her way, rather than just whining about rich kid life via Twitter.
