Fellow Nominees Help Melissa McCarthy Celebrate Emmy Win

Fellow Nominees Help Melissa McCarthy Celebrate Emmy Win It's one thing to get by with a little help from your friends.

It's something more when you get by with help from fellow actresses over whom you just got tapped for TV's highest honor.

Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series nominees all gathered on-stage at the 63rd Annual Emmy Awards Sunday night awaiting Rob Lowe and Sofia Vergara presenting that year's coveted statuette. And when it was Melissa McCarthy whose name was called for her co-lead performance as Molly Flynn on CBS' "Mike & Molly," the career character and sidekick actress was overcome.

McCarthy - who is a cousin to actress and former Playmate of the Year Jenny McCarthy - was up against Laura Linney ("The Big C"), Edie Falco ("Nurse Jackie"), Amy Poehler ("Parks and Recreation"), Martha Plimpton ("Raising Hope") and Tina Fey ("30 Rock") but as you'll see below, all came together and helped make McCarthy's biggest moment as a lead actress one that the former "Gilmore Girls" cast member will never forget.
