'Fast & Furious 7' Resumes Filming After Tragic Death of Paul Walker - See the Pic
by Andy NeuenschwanderProduction on "Fast & Furious 7" is speeding along.
The new installment in the "Fast and Furious" franchise, previously halted by the tragic death of star Paul Walker, appears to be back up and running, according to a tweet from actor Tyrese.
"I'm back," Tyrese wrote along with an instagram photo overlooking Dubai, supposedly one of the locations for the film.
It's something of a surprise to see the production back this early, as the only official word from Universal Pictures said that filming would resume on March 31st in Atlanta, Georgia.
In fact, local news and other community sources in Atlanta have been warning of road closings for the upcoming return of the production to their city.
The question of exactly how the sequel will handle Walker's death is unknown, but it has been confirmed that Walker's character, Brian O'Conner, will be in the movie. Walker had already shot several scenes for "Fast & Furious 7" before his untimely death in a car crash on November 30th of last year.
Details on the production and the movie's adjusted plot should continue to come out as we approach the movie's release date, which is currently set for April 10th, 2015.
