Louis Farrakhan Knocks Rihanna For Filth, RiRi Tweets Back In a speech given Sunday, outspoken Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan ripped on Rihanna, and also vowed to support long time friend, Libyan leader Muammar al-Gaddafi.

In his annual Savior’s Day Speech, delivered near Chicago, Farrakhan tore into Rihanna for her provocative clothing and suggestive dancing. According to Farrakhan, she is “filthy” and her fans “swine.”

In response, Rihanna tweeted,"A minister says I perform filthy, sat+watched the filth, then called u SWINE for doin the same! Haa, Is that judgment in ur tone?" she wrote. "I certainly don't think u are swine! But a holy man of God does!!!"

Farrakhan also pledged to stand by Gaddafi, despite his alleged crimes against humanity and the fact that many Libyans are asking him to step down.

At the same time, singers like Beyonce, Mariah Carey and Usher are being asked to return funds they have received from Gaddafi for previous performance. Nelly Furtado has already announced she will be giving $1 million to charity after having received the amount for performing for Gaddafi’s family.

While Farrakhan expresses disdain for Rihanna, he has built connections and is in good standing with hip-hop entertainers like Snoop Dogg, Russell Simmons and Wyclef Jean.
