After already spending over $20,000 in plastic surgery, “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham still isn’t satisfied with her appearance.

A friend of the “singing” starlet says Abraham won’t quit until she looks like… get this… Kim Kardashian??

“Farrah thinks that Kim is gorgeous and she feels like she and Kim look a lot alike, especially now that Farrah’s had her nose and chin done. But as far as Farrah is concerned, Kim is still prettier. Farrah’s decided she needs to get cheek implants because she doesn’t have enough definition in her face. And she wants to be a D cup just like Kim.”

Abraham has already undergone breast augmentation to bring those bad boys from an A cup to a C cup, but is she having buyers’ remorse?

The 21-year-old hopes to be a model, says the source, and believes that more surgery is what she needs to get the career boost.

“She is desperate to have a proper modeling career and she says she’ll do whatever it takes.”

Does anyone else smell another Heidi Montag in the works here?

And what happened to her acknowledgement in October that she finally feels “gorgeous?”

“I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again,” she said of her surgeries. “I feel gorgeous…  I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it.”

And is she setting a good example for her young daughter with all these changes? Abraham told her kiddie, “that mommy wants to be a beautiful butterfly."
