Fa-La-La-La Fashion: 'Glee' Designer Dishes on the Regionals' Dress

If you want to score the New Directions girls’ outfits from Regionals, you’ll have to wait.
For the second year, the Regional dresses came from Betsey Johnson and are currently sold out, after the label tweeted the news on Monday.
The stage-worthy dress is a modern twist on a ‘60s silhouette and features gold brocade. To boost the retro factor, ‘Glee’ costume designer Lou Eyrich added a halter strap.
When deciding outfits, Eyrich says that she asks herself, “Is it youthful, is it pretty and soft, and does it fit Ryan Murphy’s vision?”
