Evan Rachel Wood Sued - for $30 Million!

"True Blood" actress Evan Rachel Wood is facing a lawsuit for a serious amount of dough after dropping out of the film "10 Things I Hate About Life," a follow-up to the popular "10 Things I Hate About You."

Her withdrawal from the project comes to the tune of $30 million in legal fees.

Wood was paid $300,000 to star, but, according to the lawsuit, "seemingly changed her mind about appearing in the film during principle photography, ultimately refusing without any legal justification to fulfill her contractual obligations and instead opting to walk out on the project."

Wood's representatives have retaliated by calling the claims "preposterous," and "a bullying tactic."

According to Wood's people, the production shut down in 2013 when producers ran out of money, and Wood agreed to resume production in November.

"However, the producers still could not get their act together, nor did they pay Evan money that was owed... enough is enough. The producers, not Evan, have breached contract."

Back on on the other team, producers claim they "pleaded" with Wood to fulfill her contractual obligations, but she refused, and demanded "significant additional sums of money."

Significant, huh? Like, $30 million or so?
