Episode '30 Rock' Season 5, Episode 19 - 'I Heart Connecticut' Recap

Episode '30 Rock' Season 5, Episode 19 - 'I Heart Connecticut' Recap Liz and Kenneth are on a mission: find Tracy and get him back. I'm on board for that; "30 Rock" just hasn't been the same without Tracy Jordan's antics.

Jack, meanwhile, is a little depressed about the state of affairs at NBC. As he puts it, "We produce more failed pilots than the French Air Force."

Determined to make a project that "works," he sets out with Jenna to help make her torture porn movie profitable...by making it an ad for Connecticut tourism. You see, the movie doesn't get tax breaks unless it shows Connecticut in a positive light (Jenna just thinks that "Connecticut is being a douchebag").

After a particularly hilarious scene with the Pizza Academy of New York guy (seriously, could this show get any funnier?), Liz and Kenneth find an address where Tracy's signature pizza was being delivered. They get there and find that Tracy is long gone...but at least now we know that Tracy's personal hero is Blinky the ghost from Pac-Man.

It isn't until a later Skype conversation that Liz recognizes where Tracy is staying: Liz's own apartment! They get there and find him sitting on her pristine (you know what I mean) futon couch. It turns out that Tracy was just trying to escape the responsibilities of being respected and having to go to Haiti with Sean Penn.

This means only good things for us, because the result of Tracy's reunion with Liz is this: Tracy Jordan is off the leash! The shirtless lamp-flip is priceless. It's good to have him back.

Jack and Jenna's movie, meanwhile, has become an abomination that's even harder to watch than "The Human Centipede." But at least it's profitable.

The really strange side to this episode was Pete's little arm-wrestling side story. If you've watched to the end already, you know what I mean. How weird was that?
