Emma Watson Is Now Single

If there's anyone that the general population of the Internet is more infatuated with than Jennifer Lawrence, it's Emma Watson. Even in the case of leaked nude photos, people who had no problem with "The Fappening" leapt to Watson's defense when an anonymous 4chan user threatened to leak nude photos of the "Harry Potter" actress following her speech on feminism and gender equality.

So, today is a big day. Emma Watson is single.

Today is the day for people everywhere who never leave the warm, comforting glow of their computer screens to think, "Maybe I have a shot with her now!"

Emma—may we call you Emma, Emma?—had been dating Oxford University student Matthew Janney since January. Though the couple never spoke publicly about their relationship, they were spotted by Paparazzi on vacation in the Caribbean together, showing some PDA. Janney also accompanied Emma on some of her overseas press tours.

According to sources, the couple had an "amicable" breakup, but we're assuming it really happened because he didn't deserve her and could never treat her the way you could.

Emma has been busy lately, having completed filming on an Ethan Hawke starrer titled "Regression." The actress is currently filming a period drama, "Colonia Dignidad," and is set to star in the upcoming "The Queen of Tearling." She is also a UN Goodwill Ambassador, and has launched the #HeForShe campaign to work toward gender equality.
