'Harry Potter' Star Emma Watson Makes it Official: She's Leaving Brown University

Last month we reported that "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson was taking a "break" from her studies at Brown University to focus on her acting. Now it seems the actress has other plans.

The New York Times is reporting that Watson's rep, Vanessa Davies, confirmed the news but is denying rumors that the school swap is due to bullying.

Davies said that Waston had in fact developed a solid circle of friends and "has absolutely loved her time at Brown."

Previous reports by various publications quoted Brown "insiders" saying the Hollywood star was "bullied out" of school. Instead the 21-year-old's rep says she would like to pursue different courses that are not offered at Brown.

Recently the petite pixie released a video message to her fans thanking them for the overwhelming support that continues to stream in. While it is still unclear where she will continue her studies, we wish her the best of luck!
