Elton John Rumored to Cameo on 'Glee'

Elton John Rumored to Cameo on 'Glee' As it has rocketed to the top of the TV charts and become one of television's biggest hits, "Glee" has also enjoyed some amazing guest stars.

We saw Broadway stars like Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth show up time and again, and movie stars like Gwenyth Paltrow stop by. Even Britney Spears dropped in for a hot second.

Now, one of music's true legends is negotiating his way onto the show. Sir Elton John (he's a knight, you know) reportedly sat down with the show's creator Ryan Murphy recently to discuss an appearance. Of course, if Elton shows up, we can assume that the episode will include all Elton John songs (or at least mostly Elton John songs).

You would think that it would be a sure thing for someone like Elton John to be on the show, but apparently Sir Elton had to plead his case and make a little noise in order to be noticed. Earlier this year, he was quoted as saying "I love 'Glee'! I would love to be on 'Glee', but you have to be asked to be on 'Glee'."

Elton: you've been knighted. I don't think you have to ask to do anything anymore.

What do you think the theme of the Elton John episode would be? Which songs would "Glee" pick to sing? "Tiny Dancer" has to be in there, and "Your Song" would be a sure bet...except its thunder was sort of stolen by "Moulin Rouge" back in the day.
