Eliza Dushku's Claims Backed Up by Others

Buffy The Vampire Slayer alum Eliza Dushku has accused stunt coordinator Joel Kramer of molesting her during the production of the movie True Lies when she was 12 years old. Kramer denies the allegations, saying that the young girl had a crush on him. However, the woman who acted as Dushku's guardian during the production says she believe Dushku, and she also says she was present during incidents that Kramer claims never happened.

True Lies director James Cameron says that he is shocked to hear the stories and that, had he known, he would have acted against Kramer without mercy during the production. Dushku's guardian, though, says she reported the incidents at the time and that no action was taken.

She also said that she unsuccessfully tried to keep Kramer away from the young actress on a set ruled by “misogyny” and that she accompanied Dushku to the hospital after a stunt accident had left her with broken ribs.
