CBS secretly paid actress Eliza Dushku $9.5 million after she complained to the network about sexual harassment on the set of the hit prime-time drama “Bull” — including a rape joke, comments about her appearance and a dirty quip about a threesome, The New York Times reported.

She said she was written out of the show after she complained, the report said.

Her mediation case against the network was reportedly bolstered by video outtakes that captured the abuse — which were originally dug up by the network in an attempt to find dirt on the actress.

Dushku was on the show in its first season for three episodes in 2017, but she expected her character to become a mainstay in the drama. She said her time on “Bull”, however, was marred by the behavior of star Michael Weatherly, the report said.

In one instance during filming, Dushku’s character held up three fingers and Weatherly allegedly ad-libbed a response to her about having a threesome with two men. A crew member later came up to her and said “I’m with Bull,” implying that he’d join her and Weatherly in the ménage à trois, according to the report.
