Don't Stick Around for 'Avengers' Post-Credits Scene, Says Joss Whedon

Hey, you know how basically every Marvel movie that has been made has included a post-credits scene that teases an upcoming movie?

Well, Joss Whedon is telling us that there won't be one in "Avengers: Age of Ultron."

"There is nothing at the very end. And that’s not a fake-out," Whedon told Entertainment Weekly. "We want people to know so they don’t sit there for 10 minutes and then go: ‘Son of a bitch! I’ll kill them!'"

Though Whedon insists that it's "not a fake-out," we highly doubt that anyone is going to listen.

Don't worry; this doesn't mean that there won't be any tease at all. Marvel president Kevin Feige clarified that there will be a tease in the credits, but it'll be about halfway through instead of at the very end. Basically, Whedon is just trying to get you out to the parking lot faster so you don't get stuck in traffic.

Regardless of where the post-credits scene lies, we do hope it has something to do with shwarma.
