The 56-year-old actress was charged with four misdemeanor counts of battery on a police officer and one count of resisting or obstructing a police officer stemming from a fight she had with her boyfriend Feb. 25, Chris Heisser.

She was also charged with domestic violence when officers who responded to her Thousand Oaks, Calif., home spotted a mark on Heisser’s body.

She’ll no longer face charges related to allegedly battering her boyfriend, People confirmed.

Locklear – who got her big break playing Sammy Jo Carrington on “Dynasty” in the 1980s – is accused of punching two officers, kicking one in the groin and calling another a “c—t” during the wild scuffle.

Ventura County’s Senior Deputy District Attorney Thomas Dunlevy couldn’t immediately confirm the dismissal of charges but said Locklear is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning.
