'Doctor Who' Star the Latest Victim of Nude Photo Hack

'Doctor Who' Star the Latest Victim of Nude Photo Hack The celebrity nude photo hacks continue.

The latest victims in the spate of releases of personal and private celebrity photos are "Doctor Who" star Matt Smith and his ex, Daisy Lowe. The BBC states that approximately 18 photos of the couple are making the rounds, including photos of the two posing together in a hotel room.

Smith is the third male celebrity to be featured in the ongoing leak, though he could be considered only the second actual target. Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander was in a few photos released in the first wave of what Reddit has come to call "The Fappening," though the real target of that attack was Verlander's girlfriend, model Kate Upton.

Recently, Nick Hogan's personal photos were also compromised and posted online, making him the first male specifically targeted in the attack.

This latest news comes just one day after Jennifer Lawrence started making headlines for her first interview about her own stolen nude photos. The actress spoke to Vanity Fair and had harsh words for those who committed the crime, as well as those who looked at the photos.

"It is not a scandal. It is a sex crime," Lawrence told the magazine, referring to the invasion of privacy as "disgusting" and a "sexual violation."

She also addressed those who viewed the photos, which she said included close friends. "Anybody who looked at those pictures, you're perpetuating a sexual offense," she said. "You should cower with shame."

Smith formerly starred on the BBC's "Doctor Who" but was recently replaced by the current Doctor, Peter Capaldi.
