Demi And Ashton's Open Marriage Might've Caused Divorce

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's open marriage might've been what ultimately brought about the pair's divorce.

Sources tell RadarOnline in the wake of the 49-year-old Moore's Thursday announcement that she was leaving the 35-year-old "Two and a Half Men" star that the couple's unique arrangement was probably among Hollywood's worst-kept secrets.

“Everyone in Hollywood knows about their arrangement, but they’ve managed to keep it a secret from the general public,” a source told the website. That Kutcher, in some crucial ways, wasn't meeting Moore's every need might'vbe been a better-kept secret. “Demi is attracted to women just as much as men, so she didn’t always get all she needed from Ashton.”

Rumor has it that Moore was comfortable with Kutcher's flirtations, and the pair enjoyed a fun, relaxed relationship throughout nearly six years of marriage. That was, of course, before Kutcher's infidelities became very public knowledge.

Word of Kutcher's straying broke via successive Star Magazine articles detailing first a make-out session with an unidentified blonde woman at a Los Angeles restaurant, then 21-year-old Britney Jones describing sex with Kutcher on the married pair's couch while Moore was away.

A third article, this one courtesy of Us Weekly, reported that Kutcher spent the couple's Sept. 24 six-year anniversary getting cozy with two women in a San Diego Hard Rock Hotel hot tub while Moore was away promoting a recently-completed Lifetime original movie.

“She was cool with Ashton having flirtatious relationships too. Somehow they made it work all those years," the source told RadarOnline. "It was a lot of fun for them."
