Court Tells J.Lo's First Husband He Can Release Alleged Sex Tape

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, J.Lo, but the world could soon get a lot more acquainted with you than you ever wanted it to get.

"American Idol" judge, actress and pop star Jennifer Lopez learned she lost a long court battle with first husband Ojani Noa to block the release of a tape Noa claims portrays the two in some steamy, intimate situations, according to Popeater.

J.Lo married the former waiter in 2007, the pair split months later, and Lopez's legal team has maintained that Noa is bound by a confidentiality agreement Noa signed when the divorce was finalized to keep the tape under wraps.

However, Noa had an ace up his sleeve: he sold his current girlfriend Claudia Vazquez the footage, and she's now negotiating to have the tape distributed.

It's not the first time Noa has tried to cash in. Over the last several years, he and Lopez have sparred in court rooms over a book Noa planned to write about the superstar diva and a film about her and their relationship. In both instances, Lopez's legal attack dogs shot down the proposed projects and protected her privacy.

Lopez is currently happily married and raising twins with her third husband, singer Marc Anthony.

Vazquez is scheduled to start meeting with distributors to start the bidding war for the tape this coming Tuesday.
