Chrissy Teigen Cries During John Legend's Acceptance Speech, Immediately Becomes a 'Meme'

It seemed to take a while for the crew behind The Golden Globe Awards last night to get on top of their cut-away shots of the audience. But when they finally did, they managed to catch some pretty great ones.

Bill Murray and Frances McDormand seemed the frontrunners for the best reactions of the night with their dueling grumpiness, and Salma Hayek turned some heads when she played with her hair and seemingly ignored Kevin Spacey's acceptance speech outright, but it ended up being Chrissy Teigen who had the most talked-about audience reaction.

When her husband, John Legend, won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song along with Common, Teigen was in tears as Legend took the stage. She was so engrossed in the moment that she forgot the cameras would be on her at all...and thus, Chrissy Teigen's cry face was caught for posterity.

"Sorry I don't practice my cry face okay," Teigen tweeted a while after the moment happened. "It's been 5 minutes and I'm a meme."

She was half right: Twitter didn't exactly make her a meme by the strictest definition, but people started using her face as a reaction image to many of life's most awkward and/or upsetting moments.
