Chris Brown Manages To Rile Country Star, WWE Champion

Chris Brown Country Star Fight Oh, Chris Brown. You just keep taking "easily detestable" to new lows.

Let's recap his last several weeks.

Before he ever even took the stage, his 54th Annual Grammy performances went over like back-to-back farts in church - not for the performances respectively of his newest single "Look At Me Now" and as part of a tribute to late "Soul Train" creator Don Cornelius, but because he was allowed near the stage at all. Apparently, much to Brown's surprise, nobody had forgotten that on the eve of the 2009 Grammys three years earlier, he mauled then-girlfriend Rihanna and beat her bloody.

In the ensuing days, he took to Twitter and claimed the fact that he won Best R&B Album this year for F.A.M.E. means that anybody who had a problem with him and his temper can pretty much "F*** off." That one even turned his own mother on him.

Then it carried over into this past weekend. Country star Miranda Lambert took to Twitter post-Grammys and said of Grammy producers' apparently forgiving approach to Brown "I don't get it. He beat on a girl." After taking some heat from Brown's fans taking the irrational "disliking a man who beats a woman, then acts entitled to being adored" approach, Lambert made EW.com headlines with an address to Brown at a recent University of Massachusetts concert.

"Takes Notes Chris Brown" read the poster she held up, before she launched into "Gunpowder And Lead" - a song about an abused wife who decides her abusive husband has lived just about long enough.

"That's why my daddy taught me early on in life how to use a shotgun," she told the crowd.

And now, TMZ reports he's entered a war of words with current WWE Champion CM Punk.

Punk (whose real name is Phillip Brooks) randomly tweeted at a recent event that Brown deserves to "fight somebody that can defend themselves" and would like to give the Grammy-winning loudmouth a "curb stomp."

Naturally, Brown fired back - and clearly, did so without doing a little research into just who Punk is.

"@CMpunk needs more followers. He's such a leader!" Brown tweeted. "Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him pleasure a women.

"@CMpunk contact my assistant and I'll have em send u an autographed pic for my biggest FAN!!!" he added.

First off, Punk is widely known as that rare breed of wrestler who, in the parlance of the business, "lives his gimmick." And his "gimmick" is that he's straight-edge. In truth, he has lived the drug-free, alcohol-free, tobacco-free lifestyle his entire life and has been quite candid about it.

The second point is best illustrated photographically. For the uninitiated to professional wrestling, this is CM Punk.

These are the several women he's been openly romantically linked with in his personal life.

There's longtime wrestler Shannon Spruill.

Tracy Brookshaw, another longtime wrestler and once featured Playboy.com model.

Former WWE Diva and Playboy covergirl Maria Kanellis.

Former WWE Diva Amy Dumas.

And finally, there's current WWE Divas Champion Elizabeth Carolan (AKA, Beth Phoenix), who Punk confirmed in an October Maxim interview he was dating (as of December, he now says he's single again.)

That's who Punk has spent the last several years bouncing between.

This is who Brown used as a punching bag three years ago.

Hm. Call me crazy, but if it's lady-pleasing advice Punk ever needs, it could be pretty safely bet that he knows he could do a lot better for sound advice than Brown.
