VIDEO: Chris Brown Blows Up the Dance Floor on 'Dancing With the Stars'

Chris Brown seemed to be on his best behavior when he returned to ABC for a performance on “Dancing with the Stars.”

The two pre-taped numbers included songs “Yeah 3X” and a mash of  “Forever” and “Beautiful People.” From dancing mimes to glow-in-the-dark dancers, Brown’s number was full of energy and sweet-will.

Proving that it may be a long way towards redemption, the show’s cast was divided in approval.

Host Tom Bergeron and dancer Cheryl Burke were not entirely welcoming.

Bergeron told Ryan Seacrest that he warned the producer that it would not be advantageous for him to conduct an interview with Brown.

Burke disagreed with the invitation altogether.

“As a victim of domestic violence, I don’t agree with him coming on the show, but it’s out of my control,” she told Extra.

For the sake of those who love to see a killer dance number, akin to Michael Jackson’s best, let’s hope the Brown keeps his cool from now on.
