Check Out The Red-Band Trailer For Coming 'The Thing' Prequel

It'll hit theaters before we know it - and just in time for Halloween - so here's the latest, red-band trailer for the upcoming prequel to John Carpenter's "The Thing."
"Red-band" of course means that if watching this at work, you might do well to keep your cursor near your browser's "Back" button.
The upcoming prequel from producers of Zack Snyder's "Dawn Of The Dead" to Carpenter's 1982 sci-fi/horror classic picks up not that long before Carpenter's movie. American and Norwegian scientists lead by Mary Elizabeth Winstead and the team's pilot (Joel Edgerton) first discover and go head-to-head with the alien that ultimately ends up stalking Kurt Russell and company in Carpenter's tale.
"The Thing" also co-stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Ulrich Thomsen, and hits theaters Oct. 14.
