Carrie Fisher's Daughter Looks Like Princess Leia

Billie Lourd has had a difficult year but found a way to honor her late mother, Carrie Fisher, on Thursday.

The 24-year-old actress paid tribute to Fisher by wearing a Princess Leia-inspired dress at the “Star Wars” celebration in Orland, Florida.

Fisher died on December 27 after suffering a massive heart attack on a plane. Debbie Reynolds, Fisher’s mother, died just one day later after suffering a stroke.

Lourd spoke about how important the “Star Wars” fan base was to her mother.

“My mom used to say she never knew where Princess Leia ended and Carrie Fisher began. She went from being an unknown actress, the daughter of Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher, to Princess Leia,” Lourd explained at the event.
