Camille Grammer: Not A 'Housewife' Again After All?
by Sean ComerDespite Tuesday's E! News to the contrary, there's no guarantee that Camille Grammer will soon be once more amid Bravo's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills".
A source allegedly told E! News that Grammer had made this past season's early exit but a temporary absence, and would be making several cameo appearances during the now-filming third season. Her reported presence at troubled housewife Kim Richards' husband Kyle's birthday party recently seemingly backed that claim up. Today, yet another "source" tells The Huffington Post gossip Naughty But Nice Rob that nothing's so set-in-stone.
"If Camille interacts with her past cast mates in a natural fashion at events they throw, she will turn up on camera," the source told HuffPo's Rob. "However, she has no story line in the season that is now being filmed and doesn't have a production schedule or even know when or where the ladies are filming, unless one of the cast members invites her to attend.
"The producers have no idea if Camille will show up, she is not part of the cast," the source continued. "Obviously she has close relationships with a few of the ladies and anyone who is close with these girls will end up on camera in the background."
Grammer claimed last month that she hadn't been fired, but had merely taken a voluntary step back from the show's previous season for priorities' sake. In fact, she claimed, it was a mutual agreement between herself and producers at that time that she wouldn't join a third season.
"I didn't want to expose my personal life so much anymore," she said. "I had done that and was over that. I care very much for my family and children, and that show tends to take me away from them. I really want to focus on them right now."
