While Spears works hard to prove that she’s still on top of her game, she now faces a new lawsuit from her former partners within the perfume business.

As RadarOnline reports, Spears is facing a $10 million suit, filed Wednesday by Brand Sense, for allegedly cutting them out of a deal.

They hold that Spears made a secret deal with Elizabeth Arden that violated their original contract.

"Britney secretly made a separate deal with Elizabeth Arden in a sneaky underhanded effort to circumvent and evade its obligations to Brand Sense," the suit reads.

"Effectively, Britney improperly and illegally cut Brand Sense out of the Elizabeth Arden deal."

Spears currently has six lines of perfume on the Britney Spears Beauty website that sell from Elizabeth Arden.
