BREAKING: Mary Kennedy Found Dead at 52

It has been reported by TMZ that Mary Kennedy, the estranged wife of Robert F. Kennedy, has passed away.
Law enforcement officials are reporting that the 52-year-old was found dead in her New York home at approximately 1:36pm when they arrived at the scene.
The cause of death has not been confirmed at this point and no witnesses have been reported at the scene.
Robert and Mary officially filed for divorce in 2010 after being married for 16 years and having four children together. The divorce had yet to be finalized at this point and was heading to trial.
Robert Kennedy Jr. is the son of former Sen. Robert Kennedy and the nephew of President John F. Kennedy.

UPDATE: Mary was served a lawsuit on April 30th, 2012 by American Express, just 2-weeks before passing away. The reason for the lawsuit is unknown currently.
