That's exactly what this movie about, a man who refuses to grow up, that is until he is about to lose possession of his father's billion dollar company if he doesn't pass school and get his high school diploma.

So Billy Madison does what he has to and goes back to school starting with kindergarten. He spends 2 weeks in each grade and has to pass to move on to the next grade and so on.

If you don't find a full grown man sitting in a kindergarten class singing songs and making crafts funny then you have no sense of humor and should simply stop reading this review!

Billy falls for one of the elementary school teachers and eventually she has the hots for him too, that is after he passes elementary school. She helps him study by doing a striptease.

But one of his father's employees becomes jealous and blackmails the school principal into making false claims against Billy that he has been cheating which would void the deal with his father to get the company if he passes school.

With his friends' support and teacher's extra special help he proves the claims false and continues on with his bet. He must compete in an academic competition with the bad guy who tried to screw him and ends up victorious claiming his father's company. What's funny are all the parties he has after he completes each grade, how he sticks up for some less popular kids and all the silly antics he pulls in class.

Billy Madison is an all-time class and great for a laugh any day of the week.
