The accounts of some of the people who've worked with him don't exactly cast Dustin Hoffman as a "sweet man," but that's what Bill Murray thinks of him. Murray also passed off Hoffman's alleged sexual harassing behavior as old-fashioned flirtation. Read on for details.

Bill Murray has defended Dustin Hoffman against harassment claims that have dogged the two-time Oscar winner.
“Dustin Hoffman is a great man,” Murray said at the 92nd Street Y during a panel talk with former CAA powerhouse Michael Ovitz.

Of Hoffman, Murray added: “He’s crazy, a Borscht Belt flirt, has been his whole life. [But] he’s a really sweet man.”

The pair starred in the 1982 film “Tootsie,” and were both Ovitz’s clients.
Hoffman has been accused of sexual harassment on a TV movie set, but has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.
