Pattinson to Bieber: 'You Don't Need to Use Me to Make Up Stories!'

Some media questions are hard to wrap your head, or in this case, fangs around.

E!” online raises the question: “Did Justin Bieber purposefully name drop Robert Pattinson to get attention?” and wants to know if, as a result, Pattinson called Bieber a liar.

E!” reports that Bieber was quoted in a British tabloid saying he wants R.Pattz as a wingman because he uses his hair to meet girls. During his U.K. press tour, Bieber was quoted telling press that Pattinson has actually coached him on how to get gals.

As quoted in People, this is what Bieber said: "One day Robert Pattinson came up to me at a party and said, 'For whatever reason, people love our hair and it's always a great ice-breaker with girls. He is like, 'Hey my name's Robert. Want to touch my hair?' I thought he was joking, but it really works."

The "Twilight" star told MTV last week that he has never met Bieber.

“I saw that (the comments) as well. I was like, 'You're really famous, man—what are you doing? You don't need to use me to make up stories!'"

It’s anyone’s guess, but Bieber could have easily been misquoted. One thing is certain, neither Pattinson nor Bieber have any trouble getting attention - or girls.

Despite being listed in April 2010 as one of the Unsexiest Men of the Year by The Boston Phoenix, Bieber joined Pattinson on People’s list of Most Beautful 2010.
