Updated: Bieber Will Take Paternity Test; Watch Yeater Address Allegations, See a Baby Pic

Update: Pictures have been released today of the three-month-old baby Trystan that Mariah Yeater alleges she had with Justin Bieber. See a picture below.

The weird baby mama/Bieber-rape drama based around a recent paternity lawsuit filed in San Diego County Court against Justin Bieber by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater seemed to be drawing to a close this week, as information emerged putting her legitimacy into serious question.

Apparently, though, Justin Bieber's not going to let it stop there.

The pop singer is reportedly willing to take a paternity test to prove he is not the father of the child, and will most likely then sue high school dropout Mariah Yeater for defamation.

Is Bieber calling Yeater's bluff, or is he just making sure the baby's not his? Either way, the test will reportedly happen.

According to MTV News, "Bieber's lawyer, Howard Weitzman, reached out to Yeater's attorneys on Friday to confirm that the DNA test will take place, and have already chosen the lab they will use. After the test takes place, the 'Baby' singer's team will reportedly file suit."

Bieber came on "Today" last week and spoke with Matt Lauer, denying the paternity allegations and claiming that he'd "never met the woman."

"I'd just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true," Bieber said. "I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim," said Bieber.

The singer went on to attack the specific details of the story.

"It's crazy, every night after the show I've gone right from the stage right to my car, so it's crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations. To set the record straight, none of it is true," said the singer.

Since that time, new information has emerged about Yeater accusing another man of being the father and reportedly attacking him in the process. According the AP, Yeater is facing a misdemeanor battery charge against the same man, and will go to trial for that incident in December of 2012.

Even after those allegations have come to light, though, Yeater is still sticking to her guns, saying she has additional evidence that she will share in court to prove she hooked up for the alleged brief (and potentially totally illegal) sexual encounter with Bieber.

"I have provided evidence to my attorneys and it will show in court to prove that my allegations are true," Yeater told "The Insider."
