Beware the #FOXapolipse: FOX Cancels 'Breaking In,' 'Lie To Me' and Three Others

Beware the #FOXapolipse: FOX Cancels 'Breaking In,' 'Lie To Me' and Three Others Is the world coming to an end? Nope, it's just that time of year again, the time when actors, producers and TV crews across the country cringe and wait for the official word. To renew, or not to renew, that is the question.

Yesterday FOX announced that the broadcasting company would cancel five current series. Which shows are getting the axe?

Christian Slater's brand new series "Breaking In" will not see another season, nor will "Lie To Me," "Human Target," "The Chicago Code" or "Traffic Light."

FOX's house cleaning is being referred to as the #FOXapolipse on Twitter and here are a few choice tweets with the daunting (and weirdly misspelled) hashtag:

@TVDoneRight: If I go to bed, will FOX cancel my dreams?

@ @ Just got the call fox also cancelled my dentist appointment tomorrow

As we already reported, FOX also announced a number of renewals along with the announcement that they have ordered of three new pilots. Oh, the fickle TV world we live in.

Now it's on to the next networks. ABC, NBC, and CBS still have a number of shows on the bubble. Follow @yidio on Twitter for more cancellation/renewal updates!
