Ashton Kutcher Denies Brittney Jones Sex Confidential Video, Threatens to File Charges

Ashton Kutcher and Brittney Jones The lawyers of That 70's Show actor Ashton Kutcher threatened to file legal charges against Vivid Entertainment that is responsible in releasing marketing statements for the sex video Brittney Jones Confidential using the actors name saying, "Brittney Jones engaged in a very explicit, uninhibited sex witha former boyfriend. Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced in this exclusive video."

Vivid Entertainment further announced that the sex video will be released on December 14.

In a letter sent to the executive of the company, lawyers for Ashton Kutcher warned Vivid Entertainment that it will file appropriate charges for using the good name and reputation of the actor in promoting the sex video.

Prior to the statement released by the adult entertainment company regarding the release of the Britney Jones Confidential, Star magazine reported in September that Ashton Kutcher engaged in a  sexual activity with Jones at his living room in Hollywood.

Kutcher strongly denied the report.

Meanwhile, Steven Hirch founder and co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment said that the complaint letter from the actor's lawyers was immediately forwarded to his attorney and said, " We will respond accordingly."

Ashton Kutcher was named by Time Magazine as Top 100 Most Influential People for 2010. He also created the Demi and Ashton Foundation to eliminate child sex slavery worldwide. Ashton Kutcher is also a producer and co-founder of Katalyst, a studio for social media.

Indeed, the actor has a good name and reputation to protect.

Kutcher is married to actress Demi Moore and he loves to declare his affection to his wife online, even if they are sitting beside each other. The actor said, “Sending sweet nothings on twitter or Facebook is fun. In some ways, it’s no different than sending flowers to the office: You are declaring your love for everyone to see. Who doesn’t like to be publicly adored?”

The actor also admitted that the computer is not a substitute for human contact and said, " There's no text can replace a loving touch when someone we love is hurting."

That is truly romantic and it is not fair for Kutcher's name to be dragged by people and use it to promote their sex video for profit.

Kutcher also recently starred in the movie "Killers" along side Catherine O'Hara and Katherine Heigl.
