Real Housewives: Armstrongs 'Knee-Deep' In Couples Therapy at Time of Russell's Suicide (Video)

Real Housewives: Armstrongs 'Knee-Deep' In Couples Therapy at Time of Russell's Suicide (Video) Monday night's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" contained what some might consider some awkward assertions about the relationship between Taylor and the late Russell Armstrong.

Taylor discussed the "intense" couples therapy she and Russell were entrenched in when her husband took his own life.

Bravo opted to air comments by Taylor taped before Russell's suicide that "(She and her husband) are knee-deep into so much psycho-therapy that I'm sick of myself."

Vanderpump, "Real Housewives" executive producer Douglas Ross and fellow cast members Adrienne Maloof and Kyle Richards appeared on "NBC's The Today Show" Tuesday morning discussing Armstrong's death.

"In the first few episodes that we've finished editing, Russell is not included in these episodes," Ross said. "But it is important to know that Taylor's story is told throughout the season."

Fellow "housewife" Lisa Vanderpump's husband also added "If I had to go to see a therapist to make my marriage better, I would feel weak."

The following two suicide prevention PSAs also aired last night during the "Real Housewives" premiere.
