Anne Hathaway In Talk For Another Christopher Nolan Film

Anne Hathaway is reportedly in talks to return to the loving arms of director Christopher Nolan in a super-secret sci-fi film that would also star Matthew McConaughey.

Hathaway, who recently won an Academy Award for her part as Fantine in “Les Miserables,” has already worked with Nolan on “The Dark Knight Rises.”

McConaughey, who won an Independent Spirit Award for “Magic Mike,” has confirmed that he will be appearing in “Interstellar.” However, with a typical hush-hush attitude surrounding a Nolan film, little else is known about casting.

The film was originally set up in 2006 by Steven Spielberg and is a co-production between Paramount and Warner Bros. Spielberg became interested in the work done by Caltech physicist and relativity expert Kip S. Thorne, who explored a theory that wormholes exist and can be used for time travel.

Spielberg had the script drawn up by Jonah Nolan, so when Spielberg left the project, Christopher Nolan signed on to keep it all in the family. Christopher and Jonah also notably drew up “Memento,” two of the “Dark Knight” films, and “The Prestige” together.

In January, Christopher signed on to write a script which would combine an original idea of his own with the already completed script.

The film is said to depict a “heroic interstellar voyage to the farthest borders of our scientific understanding.”

Christopher Nolan, Lynda Obst, and Emma Thomas are set to produce. Jordan Goldberg will executive produce.

The film is set to go into production November 7th of next year.
