Angelina Jolie Gets Creepy to Lana Del Rey in the New 'Maleficent' Trailer

Those who tuned into last night's Grammy Awards got to witness a sneaky little treat courtesy of Disney - the first full-length trailer for "Maleficent!"

We've seen the teaser before, but the full-length trailer gives us much more of an idea of what to expect from the live-action remake.

Set to an incredibly eerie rendition of "Once Upon a Dream" crooned by singer Lana Del Rey, Maleficent (played, of course, by a pointy-eared Angeline Jolie)  gets hands-on while casting a spell on baby Princess Aurora, and gathers up a thorny army against mankind.

Alongside powerhouse (and British accent-loving) Jolie, check out stars Elle Fanning (as the grown up Princess Aurora), newest Doctor Who Peter Capaldi with Miranda Richardson as the kingdom's rulers, and cutie Brenton Thwaites as the dashing Prince Phillip.

Also check out a quick cameo by Vivienne, the daughter of Jolie and Brad Pitt. She plays a toddler version of the princess, whom you can see dashing happily through a field in the trailer.

This version claims to delve into the mind of the evil beauty Maleficent, uncovering what it was that drove her to put Aurora under a sleeping spell.

"Now find out the truth," the preview hints, to the haunting background of del Rey.

So, will we find out what drove the impressively cheekboned Maleficent to wage war on the kingdom and suddenly find her a sympathetic character after all this time? Is Maleficent truly the wronged party?

Perhaps. But with that piercing gaze, wicked laughter, and glowing green magic making the character just-so forbidding, it will take a lot of convincing on Disney's part.

The enticing flick is set to hit theaters May 30th. Will you bring the little ones to see the "true" story of Maleficent?
