'American Idol' Video Watch the Best of the Top 8's Performances Recap

Last night on "American Idol," the top eight took the stage to perform popular songs from the 1980's, including "Wind Beneath My Wings" and "Time After Time." Don't worry, there were some that weren't ballads, also.

The only two contestants to receive negative feedback on the night were Elise Testone, who was told that she didn't pick the best song and got some notes on pitchiness from Randy, and Hollie Cavanaugh, who had problems with pitch through her performance of "What a Feeling" and failed to take a note she's had the past few weeks to connect to her songs emotionally.

The best performances of the night may have been from Jessica Sanchez and Joshua Ledet, which isn't much of a surprise. The two powerhouse singers also did a duet together and received positive feedback from the judges.
