'American Idol': Lauren and Scotty to Premiere Music Videos on CMT

Earlier this year, we saw teenagers Lauren Alaina and Scotty McCreery take the "American Idol" stage and sing their brand-new, original singles in a countrified showdown.

Months later, the two "Idol" finalists are ready to start hyping their first studio albums, and those two singles are about to get the music video treatment.

To hype the upcoming album releases for Lauren and Scotty, the two will be debuting the music videos to their singles on CMT. Both Alaina's "Like My Mother Does" and Scotty's "I Love You This Big" are country ballads, though their upcoming albums will also feature jauntier stuff as well.

Fans can go to the Official Scotty McCreery and Official Lauren Alaina websites to pre-order, which will also enter them into a sweepstakes to win a meet-and-greet with the artist.

As for the video premieres, you can catch Lauren's "Like My Mother Does" on Monday, August 8th and Scotty's "I Love You This Big" on Tuesday, August 9th on CMT, along with short behind-the-scenes specials.
