'American Idol' Gossip: Is Haley Reinhart Already Signed to a Label?

'American Idol' Gossip: Is Haley Reinhart Already Signed to a Label? Who says you need to win "American Idol" in order to get a career out of it? Not third-place runner-up Haley Reinhart, that's for sure.

Haley's parents dropped hints during a hometown concert of hers that their daughter has a new single that she will be performing on Wednesday night during the "American Idol" finale. While they didn't say whether or not Haley is already signed to a record label, the fact that Haley has her own song and is performing it during the finale is a good indication that she is.

Haley's mother made the announcement during a Relay for Life event, noting that Haley had also rejected two other songs before settling on this one. Sounds like she already has her diva attitude locked down.

Harry, Haley's father (who performed on-stage with Haley during one of her final performances on the show) notes that it isn't all bad that Haley was eliminated: "You don't have to be so tied to the company that way," he said.

Plus, while Haley is already working on putting out her first hit single under her new record label contract, Scotty and Lauren are still doing Ford music videos and trying to appease three dummies who lack any helpful feedback. Who really won here?
