'American Horror Story' Promo #9: A Walk/Abduction in the Woods

The series of "American Horror Story" promos continues!

This ninth promo in the series changes tone a bit from recent ones: it's a bit more serene than what we've seen of late, and the whole thing is a bit cleaner and prettier all around. But of course, that doesn't mean there isn't anything scary about it.

The promo shows us a woman, dressed in red, standing in a forest. There are bandages of some kind wrapped around her wrists and tied to something we can't see off-screen. Just before the promo ends, the woman is yanked away by the bandages, of course accompanied by a slight screech of a sound effect, because they're creepy like that.

Much was revealed about the details of the upcoming season today through an exclusive story from EW, so be sure to check out our analysis of that as well. I don't want to give up any spoilers, but given what we know about the horrors that will be terrorizing the asylum, that sheds a bit of light on this promo.
