“Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood has been charged with three felonies after being arrested for domestic battery against her boyfriend earlier this month.

Portwood, 29, was hit with charges of domestic battery, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, according to court records obtained by Page Six.

Portwood’s domestic battery charge also noted that she has a prior conviction. She served 17 months in prison in 2012 for violating her probation in a drug possession case.

The State of Indiana prosecutor filed the charges on Tuesday.

As Page Six previously reported, Portwood was arrested for attacking boyfriend Andrew Glennon. The “deadly weapon” Portwood allegedly used was a machete. She reportedly wielded the machete and struck a door where Glennon was on the other side.

She and Glennon are parents to 1-year-old son James.
